Do financial firms need to keep AFCA brochures on hand?

Our members are not required to keep AFCA brochures on hand, although they do need to ensure their customers are aware that they can bring a complaint to AFCA. Instructions on how to do this are provided at afca.org.au/members/telling-your-customers-about-afca/.
