AFCA provides access to eLearning modules via Connect Learning. Connect Learning is the online Learning Management System (LMS) for the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
When using Connect Learning for the first time you will need to register as a new user, after that you can log in using your previously registered email and password.
To login or register as a new user, click on the eLearning module you want to register for and it will take you directly to the Connect Learning login screen, where you will also find the new user registration link.

2019 Banking Code of Practice
This course will give you an overview of the new 2019 Banking Code of Practice. It will cover:
- what the Code is and how it applies to your work
- how the Code is set out
- how the Code has changed
- how the Code is governed
- what to do if you have a question about the Code.
AFCA administered Codes of Practice
This course is about the five financial Codes of Practice, their independent Committees and some of their key features that AFCA supports.
It’s designed to help you understand what the Codes are and how they’re used by financial firms that have adopted a Code (Code subscribers), customers and AFCA.
It will also assist you in using Codes effectively to provide excellent service to your customers.
AFCA is required to identify, refer and report on Systemic Issues. This course will help you learn how AFCA identifies, manages, resolves and reports on systemic issues.
