The AFCA Datacube will be updated on Wednesday 1 June 2022.

Data displayed in the AFCA Datacube

The latest version of the Datacube includes complaints data for the period 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021. Financial firm members have their data included in the Datacube if they received four or more complaints in the reporting period.

Searching and comparing a group of financial firms

Instructions on how to generate a custom comparison can be found in this short video tutorial or you can follow the written instructions below:

  1. Click ‘Compare the firms’ tab available in the left-hand sidebar of the Datacube.
  2. Search for each of the firm/s you wish to see the data for (you can add names and acronyms in the search box).
  3. Select the correct firms.

This will display the data for all the firms selected in a table, as well as in the associated bar charts. To expand the view, click on focus mode in the top right of the table or graph.

If you would like to see data for only a particular product or product group, you can also use the filters above the data.

For an overview of the AFCA Datacube, members can also watch this short video from our Member Forums in November 2020.
