The AFCA Member Portal provides a quick and easy way to submit documents about open complaints. In a few clicks you can upload your files to the Case Management section of the portal.

By submitting documents through the portal rather than email, your records are viewable and categorised in one location. This helps us to resolve complaints in an efficient and timely way.

Some of the other useful thing you can do in the Member Portal include the ability to:

  • View, download and pay invoices
  • View and download your membership certificate
  • Review ACR’s under your membership

If you need any help, please contact the AFCA Membership team by emailing membership@afca.org.au
