AFCA’s new member portal will launch on Monday 17 June.
To support members with the transition, AFCA has published additional resources, including a range of how to guides on key processes and functions within the new portal.
- Short video tutorials for case handling tasks, administrative tasks and how to get started in the portal
- How-to guides with step-by-step instructions and screenshots on key portal processes and functions
- Roles and contact types guide to explain the different role types available to members in the new member portal, including those that are mandatory.
- Member portal dashboard views for different role types – such as what the member portal dashboard looks like for Admin, Team Manager, EDR Manager, Case worker, or a combination of roles.
- Portal notifications guide to explain the different types of notifications member contacts can receive from AFCA, such as email, SMS or in the portal.
- Downloading financial complaints data guide to explain the type of case data members can export from the portal.
- Changes to case numbers guide to explain how case numbers will change slightly for existing cases from 17 June.
- Two eLearning modules – one for case handling activities, and one for administrative tasks (such as managing your membership and payments, accounts and roles). Members will need to login to the existing Secure Services portal to access the eLearning modules.
