AFCA has published two eLearning modules and a range of short video tutorials to help members prepare for the launch of our new member portal.

The eLearning modules can be found in the existing Member Portal (secure services)

The short video tutorials can be found on the AFCA website here.

We encourage all members to complete these eLearning modules and video tutorials prior to the launch of our new member portal on Monday 17 June.

We will also publish how-to (process) guides closer to launch, to assist members in navigating the new system.

Preparing for day one

We have also published additional resources to support members with the transition and change, including:

  • Updated FAQs
  • Actions to take before day one
  • A summary of key changes to processes, practices, and terminology, and
  • Day one activities.

We’ll continue to update our FAQs until launch.
