AFCA will soon be updating the AFCA Datacube to include data about complaints received from 1 July 2022 to 31 December 2022.

As with previous Datacube updates, AFCA will give members the opportunity to check the data against their records before it is included in the update.

If you have received four or more complaints in the reporting period, AFCA will be sending instructions on how to validate your data soon.

Visit the current version of the AFCA Datacube here.
