Invoices for June 2024 have been delayed due to the recent operational changes following our IT transformation.
New member portal launch

On Monday 17 June, AFCA delivered its IT transformation project, launching its new member portal, case management system, and consumer portal. Read more about resolving known issues and what to do if you're a member with no open complaints.
Member invoices in July and August 2024

Given some members have experienced issues accessing the new member portal, AFCA will send the June and July billing period invoices to members by email. Members who received six or more complaints between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024 will also be issued their FY24–25 user charge invoices in August by email.
