AFCA updates post-IDR extension policy

ASIC Regulatory Guide 271 (RG 271) came into effect on 5 October 2021 and replaced Regulatory Guide 165 (RG 165). While RG 271 focused on the standards and requirements for IDR, AFCA updated its extension policy for complaints at its IDR refer back stage to align with the complaint management delays section of RG 271.
