Information for community and industry groups

We also publish information for community and industry groups to assist them in dealing with AFCA or referring complaints to us. These groups include:

  • consumers and small business support associations, such as community legal centres, financial counsellors and consumer advocacy groups
  • industry associations
  • government – including Commonwealth and State Senators and Members of Parliament and local government authorities.
