AFCA provides access to eLearning modules via Connect Learning. Connect Learning is the online Learning Management System (LMS) for the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
When using Connect Learning for the first time you will need to register as a new user, after that you can log in using your previously registered email and password.
To login or register as a new user, click on the eLearning module you want to register for and it will take you directly to the Connect Learning login screen, where you will also find the new user registration link.
AFCA is required to identify, refer and report on Systemic Issues. This module helps you to learn about the way we identify, manage, resolve and report on systemic issues. A systemic issue is one that affects a wider group of customers than just the person who lodged their dispute with AFCA.
The AFCA process course has been developed for financial industry members and financial firms who would like to know about our complaint resolution process.
