AFCA’s consultation on proposed amendments to its Rules and Operational Guidelines closed on Monday 22 May.

AFCA would like to thank its members for engaging in a constructive and cooperative consultation process.

This was the most significant consultation on AFCA’s Rules and Operational Guidelines since AFCA was established.

The 8-week consultation included 31 individual meetings with stakeholders, two webinars with more than 1,100 attendees, and a new webpage which was viewed more than 2,200 times.

To date, AFCA has received more than 30 formal submissions, which will be published on the AFCA website soon.

Once AFCA has reviewed and considered the feedback, we expect to publish more information about the outcomes of the consultation in September 2023.

In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email consultation@afca.org.au.
