AFCA is preparing to renew memberships for the 2024-25 financial year.
If you no longer wish to be an AFCA member, please email us at renewal@afca.org.au by 7 May 2024 to request withdrawal of your membership. If you do not email us to request withdrawal, you will receive your annual invoice, which will require payment.
Please note, all withdrawing members are required to serve a 12-month notice period as stated in the AFCA constitution. This commences from the time your request is received and allows customers to lodge a complaint in relation to prior financial services provided.
If you take no action, your AFCA membership will automatically renew for FY24-25, and you will receive your annual invoice in June. FY24-25 membership fees can be found here.
Please make sure your details are up to date so that you can receive AFCA invoices and other correspondence. You can find instructions for updating your contact information here.
AFCA has recently published its privacy notice for membership services on the AFCA website. You can view the updated notice here.
If you have any questions, please contact membership@afca.org.au.
