In November 2021, we were proud to launch the Member benchmarking dashboard for members. The dashboard is a key part of AFCA’s goal to provide a valued member experience that helps members to improve internal practices to avoid or resolve disputes.

This new interactive platform provides members that receive disputes with near real-time complaints data, insights on their own EDR performance, and the opportunity to compare their performance against an anonymised set of similar financial firms.

The dashboard was a significant milestone and we have already heard from members how valuable the insights are and how they can utilise them to identify potential improvements to their dispute resolution practices. We are proud to report that since it launched, the dashboard has been viewed more than 3,400 times by members.

This world-class suite of data is in addition to the detailed and interacting reporting published every six months in the publicly available AFCA Datacube.

You can access the dashboard via the Member Portal. The dashboard is not available to members who have not had a complaint with AFCA and Authorised Credit Representatives.
