AFCA will provide resources and training opportunities for consumers and their representatives to prepare for the new system, and also ongoing support after launch.

AFCA is holding special training webinars for consumer representatives that wish to learn about its new consumer portal – which will launch on Monday 17 June 2024. 

Each webinar will teach representatives how to use the new consumer portal for themselves and assist consumers to: 

  • lodge complaints 
  • communicate with AFCA 
  • share documents 
  • manage one or more complaints on behalf of consumers 
  • and more. 

Each webinar includes the same training and information, so representatives only need to register for their preferred session date and time.
